1. Acceptance
By using Katalane you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Katalane is a product catalog automation tool for fashion brands and retailers. It provides AI-powered image matching, auto image sourcing, and photography generation features, billed on a credit basis.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of all product data and images you upload. By using the service you grant Katalane a limited licence to process this content solely to deliver the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Katalane to scrape or reproduce content you do not have the right to use, to circumvent access controls, or in any way that violates applicable law.
5. Billing
Usage is charged in credits. Plan-included credits are bundled into the monthly subscription; additional credits beyond the included amount are billed at $0.49 per credit. Invoices are issued manually. Katalane reserves the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Katalane is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
